我是一个官场的“实习生”

I was an "intern" in the officialdom.

入仕途才2年时间

I had only been in the official career for two years.

但说句心里话 那里让我身心俱疲啊

But to tell you the truth,it made me physically and mentally tired.

加之肺部老毛病重发

In addition, I had a relapse of old lung problems

所以我请假回乡养病了

so I asked for leave to return home to recuperate

这里就是我在绍兴生活的地方

This is the place where I live in Shaoxing

会稽山阳明洞天

the Yangming cave of Kuaiji mountain.

我太爱这个地方了

I love this place so much

若耶溪静静流淌

RUOYE Creek flows quietly

还有千岩俊秀的自然风光

the beautiful natural scenery of thousands of rocks

让人着迷啊

is fascinating

我呢 在阳明洞天修建了一间茅草屋

I built a thatched cottage in Yangming cave

但更多的时候我就静坐冥想

But more often than not, I meditate

哦在这里插播一句哦

Oh, let's break in here

后来大家都称我为阳明先生

Later, everyone called me Mr. Yangmin

就是从这阳明洞天来的

我想了很多

我过去三十多年的人生经历

都一一浮现在我的脑海里

就没有我的阳明心学

without the Enlightenment of Yangming cave

也为我多年后在贵州提出知行合一做了铺垫

东风恶，欢情薄

位于绍兴鲁迅路上的沈园，

Shen’s Garden, located on Lu Xun Road in Shaoxing,

是绍兴著名的风景名胜之一。

is one of the famous scenic spots in Shaoxing.

她的出名，不仅因为景，

She is famous not only because of the scenery,

更是因为一段刻骨铭心的爱情。

but also because of an unforgettable love.

故事的开端是公元1140年，

The story begins in 1140,

16岁的陆游迎娶了自己的表妹唐琬。

when 16-year-old Lu You married his cousin Tang Wan.

虽然出生于两宋之交，

Although he was born at the turn of the two Song Dynasties,

成长在偏安的南宋。

he grew up in the southern Song Dynasty.

民族的矛盾，国家的不幸，家庭的流离，

The contradictions of the nation, the misfortune of the country, the displacement of the family,

给陆游的成长带来了不可磨灭的印记。

these have brought indelible marks to Lu You's growth.

但那一年的陆游，少年意气方遒，

But in that year's Lu You, he was in high spirits,

身边，是如花美眷，

Beside him are beautiful family members，

眼前，是铺展的人生，

in front of his eyes is life unfolding，

未来，是一腔北伐的豪情。

the future is the pride of the Northern Expedition.

但仅仅几年后，在陆母的干预下，

But only a few years later, with the intervention of Lu's mother,

这对深情伉俪却不得不走到劳燕分飞的境地。

this affectionate couple had to go to a situation where be like birds flying in different directions .

那是陆游第一次感受到，

That was the first time Lu You felt,

世间好物不坚牢，

the good things in the world are not firm,

彩云易散琉璃碎。

the colorful clouds are easy to disperse and the glass is broken.

此后十年，

In the following ten years,

在两人各自的人生里，

in their respective lives,

感悟世间的无常。

they realized the impermanence of the world.

十年，家乡绍兴的山水依旧明媚，

Ten years later, the landscape of hometown Shaoxing is still bright,

曾经的少年儿女，在沈园相遇，

The once youths met in Shenyuan,

惊鸿一瞥，恍如隔世。

Rarely glimpsed , as if a gengeration had passed.

经年的别离，宦海的浮沉，理想的微茫。

After years of separation, the ups and downs of officialdom, the vagueness of the deal.

此去今年，应是良辰好景虚设，

This has been a long time apart, even if you encounter good weather and good scenery, it will be like a fake.

总有千种风情，更与何人说。

Even if you have a full belly of affection, who will you tell it to?

这样的感怀，唐琬怎会不懂？

How could Tang Wan not understand such a feeling?

她也用同样的词牌名回应了一首：

She also responded with a song with the same word brand name:

世情薄，人情恶，

The world is inconstancy, the human feelings are weak,

雨送黄昏花易落。

the rain at dusk prompts the flowers to fall.

晓风干，泪痕残，

The morning wind dried tears, there were tear marks on his face,

欲笺心事，独语斜阑。

I wanted to write down the worries in my heart, but I didn't know how to write, so I could only lean on the slanted rail and talk to myself.

难，难，难……

How is it all so hard, so hard, so hard!

近千年后，

Nearly a thousand years later,

即使我们无法再复原

even if we can no longer recover,

这段发生在沈氏园里的重逢场面，

this reunion scene in Shen's Garden,

但依旧能够透过这两阙《钗头凤》，

but still through these two ques "Chaitoufeng",

感知他们的深情和无奈。

to feel their affection and helplessness，

陆游和唐琬也从未想到，

Lu You and Tang Wan never thought that,

这次相见景是两人最后的交集，

this meeting is the last time the two meet，

没过多久唐琬在愁郁中离世。

Not long after, Tang Wan passed away in depression.

这两首《钗头凤》和沈园，

These two ci poetry of "Chaitoufeng" and Shen Yuan,

也成为见证他们深情的最后凭证。

it has also become the last proof to witness their deep affection.

八字桥：粼粼水波相辉映

浙东古运河

The Grant Canal Of China,

由东向西缓缓流淌

Flowing slowly from east to west,

流经绍兴城内

Flowing through Shaoxing City,

穿过八字桥历史街区

Pass through the Bazi Bridge Historic District,

一幅古城画卷就此徐徐展开

A picture of the ancient city slowly unfolded.

如果说 浙东古运河上

If it is said that on the ancient canal of eastern Zhejiang,

流淌着绍兴人生生不息的文化记忆

Flowing Shaoxing's endless cultural memory,

那么运河之上的八字桥

Then the Bazi Bridge over the canal,

便承载着越地儿女绵绵不绝的乡愁

It carries the endless homesickness of the children of Vietnam,

这是中国现存最古老的城市桥梁

This is the oldest surviving urban bridge in China.

宋嘉泰《会稽志》记有

Song Jiatai's 《Kuaiji Zhi》records,

八字桥在府城东南

Bazi Bridge is in the southeast of Fucheng,

两桥相对而斜

The two bridges are opposite and inclined,

状如八字 故得名

It is named because it is shaped like a figure eight.

桥上木莲藤顺着桥台向阳而生

On the bridge, the mango lotus vines grow along the bridge platform towards the sun,

爬满桥梁与望柱

Climb over bridges and lookout columns,

桥下碧水蜿蜒

Under the bridge clear water meanders,

三两乌篷沿岸而栖

Three or two awnings live along the coast,

青瓦白墙的民居静立两岸

Residential houses with black tiles and white walls stand on both sides of the river,

水屋相连

Houses by the river are connected.

在绍兴人眼里

In the eyes of Shaoxing people,

八字桥是活着的

The Bazi Bridge is alive,

这里的一砖一瓦都写满故事

Every brick here is full of stories,

这里的一草一木都装满历史

Everything here is full of history,

它将古城内外关于人和岁月的故事娓娓道来

It tells the stories about people and time inside and outside the ancient city.

这里有过群贤毕至的繁盛景象

There has been a prosperous scene here,

也有过舟稀鞍冷的寂寂时光

There was also a lonely time when the boats and horses traveled sparingly,

如今 站在八字桥头

Now standing at the head of the Bazi Bridge,

目之所及是青石板路上的人间烟火

As far as the eye can see is the fireworks on the bluestone road,

目光尽头是若隐若现的现代高楼

At the end of the eye is the looming modern high-rise building.

绍兴 这座无数文人都曾描绘过的千年古城

Shaoxing which has been depicted by countless literati as a thousand-year-old city,

从不缺乏勇于创新的精神

Never lack the spirit of innovation.

依水而筑 因河而兴的八字桥街区

Built by the water,the bazi bridge neighborhood built by the river,

如今亦沉淀出新的诗意

Now a new poetic feeling is also precipitated.

安昌腊肠，地道的绍兴味～

每逢冬令时节，

In winter,

千年古镇安昌的沿街廊下和屋前，

rows of sausages are hung in front of the house and along the street in Anchang,

挂满了一排排，一串串人们过年必备的香肠，

形成了一道颇能吸引眼球的亮丽风景线。

a millennium old town, forming a beautiful scenery that can attract people.

安昌腊肠起始于明嘉庆年间，

Anchang sausage began in the Jiaqing period of the Ming Dynasty.

传说当地有一位财主特别爱吃肉，

It is said that there was a local rich man who loved meat

而且对有肉的菜肴要求甚高。

and had high requirements for meat dishes.

有一天，做菜的丫鬟端上了一碗

One day, the servant girl served a bowl of

用下角猪肉灌在猪小肠中的腊肠，

sausage stuffed with pork.

这是长工们自制的荤菜，上不了大堂，

It was a meat dish made by the long-term workers and could not be served in the lobby.

想不到香味扑鼻的腊肠让财主垂涎直流，

Unexpectedly, the fragrant sausage made the rich man salivate.

顿时拍案叫绝。

He immediately applauded.

当腊肉灌肠的故事传到街头巷尾之后，

When the story of preserved meat sausage spread to the streets and lanes,

百姓们纷纷照样灌制，

people continued to make it

成为古镇安昌的一道招牌菜。

and it became a signature dish in Anchang,

安昌腊肠纯系手工制作，

an ancient town. Anchang sausage is handmade

色、香、味俱佳，

with good color, aroma and taste.

从刮肠、选料开始，

Starting from scraping sausage and selecting materials,

切肉丁、腌制、灌肠到晾晒，

it is cut into diced meat, pickled, enema and dried in the air.

各项工艺流程严格把关，步步到位。

All technological processes are strictly controlled and in place step by step.

灌肠时节务必掌握在立冬之后，

The sausage filling season must be controlled after the beginning of winter.

用当天宰杀的新鲜前后腿精，

The fresh front and back leg essence slaughtered that day,

肥瘦合理搭配，

with a reasonable combination of fat and thin,

配以百年老字号仁昌酱园的纯正手工酱油腌制，

is salted with the pure manual soy sauce of the century old Renchang soy sauce garden,

然后将一串串灌好的腊肠悬挂户外晾晒风干三天左右，

and then the strings of filled sausages are hung outdoors for drying for about three days.

如此制作的安昌腊肠，色呈枣红，

The Anchang sausages so made are jujube red in color, rich in various flavors of sauce,

酱、肉、酒多种香味浓郁芬芳，

meat and wine, compact in meat

肉质紧实还略带甜味，

and slightly sweet in taste,

食后齿留余香，回味无穷，

and leave a lingering fragrance after eating, with endless aftertaste,

一些河边的饭店，酒楼，

Some restaurants and restaurants along the river

都会用自己晒制的腊肠让客人下酒，

will make their own sausages for guests to drink.

所以在安昌素有“无肠不酒店”的雅号，

Therefore, Anchang Su has the nickname of "no hotel without sausages".

难怪有人称赞安昌腊肠不是金华火腿却是胜过金华火腿，

No wonder some people praise Anchang sausages as not Jinhua Ham but better than Jinhua ham.

还上了《舌尖上的中国》向全国推介。

stinky tofu is the hometown flavor that will forever linger in their hearts.

炸臭豆腐是较为普遍的一种做法

Fried stinky tofu is a common cooking method.

绍兴臭豆腐制作工艺独特

Shaoxing stinky tofu has a unique production process,

是用苋菜梗发酵制成卤

it is made from fermented amaranth stalks.

把切块之后的豆腐

First cut the fresh tofu into pieces,

放在这天然的霉苋菜梗卤中

and then soak it in the natural mildew amaranth stalk brine,

浸泡成“臭豆腐”

which can be made into "stinky tofu".

绍兴臭豆腐名虽俗气

Although the name of Shaoxing stinky tofu is vulgar,

却外陋内秀 平中见奇

it smells stinky outside but tastes delicious inside.

外酥内嫩 清咸奇鲜的口感

Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, fresh and salty taste

更是让人欲罢不能

便有了尝过绍兴臭豆腐

Since then, there has been a saying that If you have tasted Shaoxing stinky tofu,

三日不知肉滋味的说法

it is not surprising that you do not know the taste of meat for three days.

东方山水乐园酷玩王国，你去过吗？

一起来听徐文长的故事

在这一期开始之前 我想问一下朋友们

Before we begin, I'd like to ask my friends，

了解不了解徐文长这个人

do you know anything about Xu Wenchang?

徐文长又是谁呢

Who is Xu Wenchang?

我们知道在绍兴有一位非常有名的艺术家

We know that there is a very famous artist in Shaoxing,

徐文长其实就是徐渭

Xu Wenchang is actually Xu Wei.

在1521年徐渭出生在浙江绍兴

Xu Wei was born in Shaoxing, Zhejiang in 1521.

绍兴的朋友都知道 我们在绍兴有一个青藤故居

All our friends in Shaoxing know that we have a former residence of Qingteng in Shaoxing,which is also the former residence of Xu Wei.

朋友们有空的时候都可以去看一看

You can have a look at it when you are free.

徐渭他非常喜欢在自己的作品右面落款叫做水田月或者是天池山人

Xu Wei likes to sign "Shui Tian Yue" or "Tianchi Shanren" on the right side of his works.

它的渭字拆开

There is a reason for the choice of inscription. After the Wei in Xu Wei's name is taken apart, 左半边刚好是三点水是水

the left half is water,

渭的右上半部分一个田一个月 所以刚好是水田月

and the right half is Tian and Yue. These just constitute the "Shui Tian Yue".

那么徐渭的一生其实是非常坎坷的

Xu Wei's life was actually very bumpy.

我们来看看他 如何有趣

Let’s see how funny he is

但是在有趣当中又如何的坎坷

but how bumpy in the fun.

我们知道他早年不断的去进行乡试 然而都没有中举

We know that in his early years he kept going to the provincial examinations, but he didn't succeed.

那么在中年的时候入了胡宗宪的幕僚 写了白鹿表

In his middle age, he became HuZongxian's adviser and wrote "Bai Lu Article",

那么已经得到了明世宗的赏识

which was appreciated by emperor Shizong of the Ming Dynasty.

他本来仕途可以走得非常的高

His official career could have been very smooth.

但是由于政治原因 胡宗宪也倒台了

But for political reasons, Hu Zongxian also fell from power.

最后他又怀疑他的继室张氏不贞

In the end, he suspected that his new wife,the Zhang family,was unfaithful,

那么把他的张氏杀死了

so he killed Zhang family.

由于这件事情又入狱

Because of this incident, he was imprisoned again.

他入狱八年以后得友人营救 又到了北上

After eight years in prison, he was rescued by a friend and went north again.

经历了北游的八年时间

After eight years in the north,

北游八年时间以后又回到了绍兴

he returned to Shaoxing

在绍兴度过了他的晚年

and spent his later years in Shaoxing.

所以他这一生其实非常的坎坷

In fact, his life was very rough,

但是这并不影响他在艺术上文学上做出的一个成就

but this did not affect his achievements in art and literature.

他在文学史上的地位 他写的四声猿

He is highly accomplished in literature, such as Sishengyuan.

以及他在绘画史上地位

As well as his achievements in the history of painting,

他的泼墨大写意的国画

such as freehand Chinese painting with splashing ink,

甚至于说他的直抒胸臆的草书

and even his cursive calligraphy.

都在我们书法史上绘画史上写下了浓墨重彩的一笔

All these achievements have written a thick and colorful stroke in the history of painting and calligraphy.

在其三十多年的艺术生涯中

1972年 年仅十一岁的刘建杨考入艺校 学习绍剧表演

十六岁跟随著名绍剧猴戏表演艺术大师六龄童先生学演悟空戏

第二个我们头套非常生活化 非常有人性化
